Cosmological Conclave 2026
"Exploring the universe begins with curiosity."
The MPSC Science Club proudly presents Cosmological Conclave 2026, a day-long science and astronomy event designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking among students. We warmly invite all interested students to participate and showcase their knowledge and talents in the fascinating world of space and science.
Date: 30 April 2026
⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Workshop Time: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM (might change)
Participation fee is Tk. 50 per person for each event and workshop. If a student joins 3 events and 1 workshop, the total fee will be Tk. 200. For team events, each member must pay Tk. 50 (e.g., 3 members = Tk. 150).
Venue for event activities: Respective Boys’ and Girls’ Campuses
The Workshop Session will be conducted jointly at [ Quazi Azhar Ali hall boys’ wing]
Events Included
- Junior Quiz (Classes 4-5) 30 mins time for 20 one word questions,
A fun and engaging quiz designed especially for junior students. Questions will be based on general science, space facts, and basic astronomy, helping younger students learn while enjoying friendly competition.
- Astro Olympiad (Classes 6-8,9-12) 30 mins time for 50 mcq based olympiad questions
A challenging MCQ-based competition for students who love astronomy and science. Participants will test their knowledge of space, planets, stars, galaxies, and scientific concepts in an Olympiad-style format.
- Movie Quiz (Class 8-12) Hail Mary+Interstellar 30 mins time for 20 one word questions.
A quiz based on science-fiction and space-themed movies. Participants will answer questions about famous scenes, characters, plots, and scientific ideas featured in well-known films.
- Anime Quiz (Classes 4-5 20 one word questions)

(class 9-12 30 one word q) TIme 30 mins for all
An exciting quiz for anime fans, featuring questions from popular science, space, and adventure-themed anime. A perfect opportunity for anime lovers to showcase their knowledge. (for the Anime Quiz, we have included 4 animes: Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, Naruto Shippuden, and Attack on Titan. Questions will be based only on Season 1 of each anime.)
- Turn the Coat (Class 8-12)
A unique and exciting debate-style event where participants must switch sides and argue both for 1.5 minutes and against 1.5 minutes on a topic total 3 minutes.(The topic will be given 2 minutes before speaking)This event builds confidence, quick thinking, and communication skills.
- Space Infographics/Wall magazine (solo/team event) Submission (Online deadline 29th + Offline 30th) (classes 6-12)

Participants will create informative and creative infographics based on space or astronomy topics. Submissions can be made online or physically, and entries will be judged based on accuracy, creativity, and visual presentation.
- Documentary Submission(Solo/Team event)
Classes (7-12) deadline 29th

Students will produce short documentaries related to space, astronomy, or scientific discoveries. This event encourages research, storytelling, teamwork, and creativity.
- Space Workshop (Classes 6-12)
A special interactive workshop conducted by experienced guests, where students will learn fascinating concepts about space science, astronomy, and modern discoveries. This session aims to deepen understanding and spark curiosity about the universe.
